About me

Experience and tools
Camy Lázaro San Andres

I was born in Mexico City to a Mexican father and a Spanish mother, and I grew up surrounded by two cultures. From a young age, I felt a calling to explore, through my own process, tools and knowledge that would allow me to support others as a therapist.

I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the fields of disability and also in the treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of severe addictions. Through this path, I learned that we are all made of the same stuff, although arranged in different ways:

Each person is a Unique Ecosystem. Although diagnoses are useful and necessary, a map is not the territory.

Creating a Healthy Bond is essential to establishing a safe space in which to heal. From there, it's possible to apply the therapeutic tools of formal psychology, as well as the Designs of Ancestral Traditions and Wisdom that I've had the opportunity to explore and learn through my own healing process:

Being able to look at oneself without judgment and from a place of unconditional self-acceptance is one of the main tools that my years of training and exploration in Yoga and Meditation have given me.

Shamanic practices and knowledge linked to the Forces of Nature teach us to remember that we are part of a whole much larger than our own individuality. Therefore, I feel that finding the necessary creative adjustment to align with one's own self-esteem is respecting one's own individual nature, which is part of that whole. It's about finding one's own meaning, purpose, and life's will.

In 2006, I began my journey of learning with Master Plants. This unfolded simultaneously with my deepening of my practice as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, my beginnings as a psychologist, and my learning of Gestalt techniques. For me, it is impossible to separate the synergy of these areas of knowledge. I gradually became a professional in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.

My focus is on the
Integrative Psychology and Sustainable Ecology

Camy Lázaro San Andrés

Integrative Psychology consists of understanding individuality as part of an environment, both internal and external.

It involves contributing a psychological perspective to Systems Ecology. Ecology is understood as a way of working to find unique and sustainable approaches, from the individual to the collective we build and to which we belong.

Considering each person as a unique ecosystem, this approach, which originates in the field of psychotherapy, combines different psychological currents and therapeutic techniques to offer you a personalized and more effective treatment.

  • Systemic perspective, which observes the family and lineage system;

  • Cognitive-behavioral perspective, which analyzes the power of affirmations, beliefs, and habits that shape and co-create personal reality;

  • Psychophysical perspective, which opens the floodgates to the unconscious, to memories, and to the heart;

  • Trauma repair, which allows for the integration of fragmented parts, rebuilding internal coherence and reducing emotional reactivity toward a more compassionate view of oneself;

  • Authentic connection, which proposes respecting and listening to the wisdom of one's own process;

  • Evolutionary archetypes, which allow us to take the center of our creative world.
